Myself and our OT and PT spent an afternoon with four area teams. Our focus was the design process. Each attendee was provided a “Monster High Doll”. 
We chose the dolls, as they have articulated joints, interesting hair etc. The goal of the training was to measure the doll and create a floor seating option. The process took an hour plus to complete.All involved were quite satisfied with the process. With the design concepts better understood, each team will identify a student need, and return to our shop to work on construction skills.
